Microsoft maintains its China headquarters in Haidian district, the center of the city’s technology industry. SAP lists 10 technology openings there, including Solution Advisor positions tied to AI incubation and Project Associate roles open to candidates with zero to three years of experience. Hitachi Energy advertises a Quality Manager post on the same district campuses. Common titles include software engineer, IT engineer, data analyst and AI solution builder.

These employers operate research, cloud computing and AI teams that draw on the district’s concentration of research institutions and startups. Most positions require full-time onsite attendance and Mandarin proficiency alongside technical certifications.

Pay Ranges and Application Routes

Internships at prominent firms pay 300 to 500 yuan per day. Mid-level technical marketing roles reach 15,000 to 25,000 yuan per month. Niche creative positions, such as video production, list annual pay between 10,000 and 20,000 yuan. Local job seekers report stronger results on Boss直聘 and 脉脉 than on international platforms.
